Sara Spencer is a REALTOR® with Haven Realty serving Madisonville, Hopkins County, and Western Kentucky.

Real estate is where my experience in marketing, communications, and relationship-building come together. I believe buying or selling a home should feel personal - not transactional - and I bring creativity, clear communication, honest guidance, and a strong knowledge of our local market to every client I serve.

What that really means is — I love helping people. Whether I’m guiding a buyer through major decisions, creating a marketing strategy to showcase a home, or connecting with people in our community, I put my whole heart into it. My background in fast-paced, client-focused environments has taught me to combine professionalism with creativity - and I think that’s what makes real estate so rewarding.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to Jack and Henry, who keep me busy with baseball and school activities, and plenty of everyday adventures. I also love being involved in the community I’m fortunate enough to call home.
